                Arc Spray

Arc spraying is the use of electric arc burning in two consecutive fed between the wires to melt the metal, with a high velocity gas stream molten metal atomization, and the atomization of the sprayed metal particles so that they accelerate the work to form a coating technology .

                Flame Spray

The use of a flame as the heat source, the metal and non-heated to a molten state, forming a mist flow in the state of high-speed air jet to the substrate, the injection of the molten minute particles impact upon the substrate above, plastic deformation, into a sheet shape superimposed sedimentary layers.

                Application

Backing material used for Arc spray

Suitable for electric arc spraying of nickel-aluminum base material. Dense coating having oxidation, thermal shock and scratch resistance to high temperature performance, combining strength 55MPa or more. The coating can also be used directly as a working layer use.

Backing material used for Flame spray

Nickel aluminum wire is an excellent combination of base material, it plays an important role in the wire flame spraying. In the spraying process, the composite wire between the constituent elements exothermic reaction increases the temperature of the sprayed particles can be "micro-metallurgical" in combination with a variety of metal matrix formation. Dense coating, high temperature, thermal shock. It can be used as aviation, metallurgy, nonferrous metals, transportation, chemical industry all kinds of parts sprayed layer bonding layer. In addition, the nickel-aluminum composite coating itself also has good high temperature oxidation resistance, can be used directly as a working layer.
